Protein Localization and Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) visualization tool.
To install locally, you must have an instance of MongoDB running and data for proteins formatted in the correct way (see data folder).
You can fill the database with the publicly available data by running npm run build:database. This command will load the data from data/data.json.
