End User License Agreement (EULA) for PowerPaste

Version: 1.4 | Last Updated: April 2026

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using PowerPaste ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

PowerPaste is provided free of charge. The developer ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the App on your personal macOS devices
  • Use the App for both personal and commercial development work

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Distribute copies of the App without permission
  • Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

4. Ownership

PowerPaste and all its components remain the property of the Licensor. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

The Licensor does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or use
  • Any other damages arising from use or inability to use the App

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.

7. Support

The App is provided without guaranteed support. Bug reports and feature requests may be submitted via GitHub: https://github.com/rickytan/XPaste/issues

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you:

  • Violate any term of this EULA
  • Destroy all copies of the App in your possession

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
