A more "production-ready" RP2354B-based hardware

Hey! Somebody finally made a FC on RP2 chip, congrats!

I have a few ideas on making the potential V4 FC more "production ready" - suitable for a larger/more reliable builds:

• Use the RP2354B chip so the onboard flash chip could be used for data storage, not the software.
• Separate BECs for FC, peripherals and servos (with an option to boost servo BEC to 6 or 7.2V).
• A separate FRAM for configuration storage.
• Buffered/isolated PWM and IO (that's more hardcore than hobby-grade though).
• PCB layout and footprint suitable for casing (e.g. https://www.team-blacksheep.com/products/prod:tbs_wing_aio6s) - using connectors for peripherals, angled pins for servos/motors etc.

The main FC3 design idea is to make it a general board, basically a RP Pico2 with added sensors. If you require at least 100 boards with the specs you outlined I’ll build it for you 😊

Maybe I'll need a 100 of them. I'm doing an experiment with RP2350 now, if it will be successfull, I'll let you know 😄
