Upgrade from 5.1.0 to 7.X

I have a running instance on 5.1.0 (rolling) which I have been neglecting for a while but I want to upgrade now. I've seen the 7.X.X Upgrade Guide only applies to 6.x rolling and 4.0.x stable.

I've seen the v6.0.0 changelogs mention breaking changes in the Search Index and to drop the old index.

Any other things to be aware of / pointers / tips how I would go around upgrading from 5.1.0 anyone is willing to share?

Went ahead by simply updating the compose and following the same steps in the update guide in the Docs. It seemed to do the trick for v5.X.X rolling as well. Haven't encountered any errors so far.
