The GitHub Website can't recognize '[‘ and ']' in URL

The GitHub Website can only recognize %5B and %5D such as https://github.com/Coolapk-UWP/Coolapk-UWP/blob/revived/CoolapkUWP/CoolapkUWP/Assets/Emoji/%5B流汗滑稽%5D.png now.
When I open https://github.com/Coolapk-UWP/Coolapk-UWP/blob/revived/CoolapkUWP/CoolapkUWP/Assets/Emoji/[流汗滑稽].png, it reports 404.
It is so weird that the Chinese unencoded URL can be recognized. I have no idea what's going on here.

For this time, only markdown image can recognize unencoded [ and ]

@wherewhere this looks like a real URL-routing bug around unescaped [ / ] in blob paths.

Browsers and GitHub's own markdown/
aw links sometimes tolerate literal brackets, but the blob page path parser wants them percent-encoded as %5B / %5D. So:

• encoded URL works
• bare [...] in the address bar 404s
• Chinese characters without encoding can still work (different code path)

Workaround: always link with encoded brackets, e.g. %5BжµЃж±—ж»‘зЁЅ%5D.png.

For the product bug: blob viewer should either accept literal [] like
aw does, or auto-encode them instead of 404ing. Your table making that inconsistency obvious is super helpful.
