Hi everyone,

I have gotten confirmation from the school that we should have access to the education benefits, yet when i take a picture of the enrollment letter it gives the same error every time. I have updated my billing info and made sure the school logo, name and adress aswell as the start and end date of the enrollment but it keeps repeatedly denying with the same error that the school doesnt have the benefits. The school has repeatedly confirmed that they should have the benefits, but nobody else is able to claim them either. Could it just be the school or is there something else i may have missed?

Your school is good :) It is the Github that reduced costs, cut off entirely manual acceptance and implemented very bad OCR/Verification model. Reading other posts make me even think that it just rand() at this point.

The logical thing to do would be to write a ticket. But wait, they cut off email tickets. Good thing that you can make a ticket on their website... oh wait, you can't because the GitHub Education Verification category is locked, just telling you that it's your fault..... yeah.

do you have any hints to make the application go smoother? Anything the ai is looking for specifically that i should focus on

I'd love to, but I honestly have no clue how. I gave up after 7 tries.
