When I try to activate GitHub Copilot through the Student Pack or via the link https://github.com/github-copilot/free_signup
, I cannot access the activation or signup page.

Instead, I am automatically redirected to my GitHub homepage. No login or signup page appears, and my account remains on the free plan.
Context :
I am already logged into my GitHub account and I had previously activated the Copilot Free plan. Because of that, I do not get the Copilot registration page anymore.
I am now trying to activate or upgrade Copilot using the GitHub Student Pack, but the activation flow does not appear.
Expected Behavior :
I expect to be able to access the Copilot activation or upgrade page and apply the Student Pack benefits to my account.
Actual Behavior :
I am redirected to the GitHub homepage without any activation step. There is no visible way to trigger the signup or upgrade process for Copilot.

I am experiencing the same issue when attempting to activate GitHub Copilot Pro through the Student Pack.

I have already been approved for the Student Pack and my account shows “Education Benefits” as active. However, when I try to access the Copilot signup or activation link, I am redirected to the GitHub homepage instead of the activation page.

Additionally, I previously activated the Copilot Free plan, which seems to prevent the upgrade flow from appearing.

As a result, I am unable to activate Copilot Pro

I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed.
