Hi, today my actions got disabled and I am not sure why. Can you please re-enabled it? If there is something specific I did that does not comply with your guidelines, I am happy to cooperated. I was building a git page that can track job listings for my own personal use. I tried to generate a ticket but there are no options for such case, oddly. So, I am putting it out here.

I have tried to create a ticket at https://support.github.com/contact but I do not find the option that deals with "Actions" and not "Actions billing". Below is the screengrab of what I see and I have checked every option under each of them. Neither can I find a generic way to raise my issue. Am I missing something?

Hi! GitHub Actions can be disabled for a few common reasons:

• New account flagged for abuse prevention — GitHub automatically restricts Actions on new or unverified accounts to prevent spam/crypto mining abuse. This is especially common in the first days of account usage.
• • Unusual workflow activity — running many jobs in a short period can trigger automatic restrictions.
• • Free plan limits — though this usually shows a quota error, not a disabled message.
    What you can do:

1. Contact GitHub Support directly at https://support.github.com/contact — select "Actions" as the topic. Explain your use case (personal job tracking page) and ask them to review the restriction.
2. 2. Verify your email if you haven't yet — unverified accounts can have Actions restricted.
3. 3. Check your billing settings — go to Settings → Billing to confirm your Actions minutes aren't exhausted.
      Since you mentioned you were building a job listing tracker, that's a completely legitimate use case. Just explain it clearly to Support and they'll typically restore access quickly.

You’re right that the interface doesn’t have an explicit “Actions” category. Here’s what to do:
1. Go to https://support.github.com/contact
2. Select your account
3. Choose “Billing and payments” → then describe your issue as “GitHub Actions disabled on my account” — the support team handles all Actions account issues there regardless of category
4. Or try “Account restrictions” → this is actually the most relevant option since your Actions being disabled is essentially an account-level restriction
In the subject/description, mention:
• Your username
• That Actions is disabled (not a billing issue)
• Your use case (personal job tracker)
The category doesn’t need to be perfect — GitHub Support will route it to the right team.
