I subscribed to the Copilot Pro version on Google Play, but in the next month, the amount was charged, but the Copilot was not renewed. In the Android app, it is showing active, but no payment is received

That sounds frustrating, especially since you were charged but didn’t get the renewal.
When you subscribe through Google Play, the billing and renewal are handled by Google, not directly by GitHub. Because of that, sometimes the subscription status doesn’t sync properly between Google Play and your GitHub account.
A few things you should check:
Make sure you’re logged into the same GitHub account that was originally linked to the subscription
Confirm in Google Play that the subscription is actually active and not canceled or expired
Check if the payment shows as completed (not pending or refunded)
Sometimes there can be a delay or sync issue between Google Play and GitHub, but if it’s already been charged and still not active, it’s likely a backend sync problem.
At this point, the best step is to contact GitHub Support and include:
Your GitHub username
Proof of payment from Google Play (receipt or transaction ID)
The date of the charge
You may also want to contact Google Play Support to confirm the payment status from their side.
Since this involves billing, only support can properly investigate and fix the issue.

The Google Play billing sync with GitHub can be flaky. When you pay through Google Play, GitHub's backend relies on a notification from Google confirming the renewal. Sometimes that notification fails silently, so Google charged you but GitHub never got the confirmation.

A few things to check before opening a support ticket:

• Sign out of the GitHub Android app and sign back in, then check if your subscription status updates
• Go to GitHub.com > Settings > Billing on a browser and see what plan it shows there
• In Google Play, verify the subscription shows "Active" with a future renewal date (not "Canceled" or "On hold")

If Google Play shows active but GitHub's billing page shows nothing or shows expired, that confirms the sync failed. At that point, contact GitHub Support and include your Google Play transaction ID (the receipt from the charge). They can manually re-sync the subscription on their end.

One thing that speeds up the support process: attach a screenshot of your Google Play subscription screen alongside the receipt, since they'll need to verify both sides before making any changes.
