Hello GitHub Support,

I have an approved GitHub Student Developer Pack account, and I am trying to claim the GitHub Certification Voucher for the GitHub Copilot Certification exam.

When I open the offer, I get this message:
“That offer isn't available right now, please try again later.”

I have already tried:

• signing out and back in
• reloading the Pack page
• using a private/incognito window
• trying another browser

Please check whether:

1. my account is eligible for the certification voucher,
2. the offer is temporarily unavailable,
3. the voucher supply is exhausted, or
4. there is an issue with my GitHub Education access.

Hi @GautamBuilds, the option to redeem the GitHub Foundations or Copilot certification voucher is currently unavailable because we’ve run out of vouchers for the fall term.

Due to system constraints, we’re only able to distribute a limited number of vouchers per term. The good news is that we’ll have a new batch available for the spring.

At this time, we don’t have an exact date or specific timeline to share regarding when the next batch of vouchers will become available, but an update is coming soon. We recommend continuing to check the student website regularly for updates.

In the meantime, we recommend exploring the free learning resources and exam prep materials on GitHub Learn (https://learn.github.com/credentials) to continue preparing before the next round of vouchers becomes available.
