I'm facing a problem where I'm putting the correct name of the school but it's saying that I need to be more specific, I put the same name that is on Google. How can I solve it?

Use your official school email (e.g., ending with .edu, .edu.br, or your institution’s domain).

Enter the exact name of your university as it appears on your student ID or official documents, not just the short/common name.

If it still gets rejected, you can upload a photo of your student card, transcript, or enrollment certificate to prove your status.
