Rename Enhanced MuleSoft Experience entry and add feature description

Update the entry label to "Enhanced MuleSoft Experience and Remote MCP
Server" across all three regional tabs (keeping the same xref) and set the
Feature Description to describe the new control plane experience and its
associated MCP server.
