[BUG] Installed .NET Runtimes and Visual C++ Redistributables incorrectly detected as missing #705

Describe your issue

Instaling Runtimes & Dependencies notes that NET Runtime 3.1 and Visual C++ 2015-2022 is not instaled.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Mark Runtimes & Dependecies to install.
2. Install and wait to finish installation.
3. Check status installed.
4. Notice that some part is markt as not instaled.

Expected behavior

Expected that all is instaled.

Actual behavior

Winhance not recognize tht some part of installation sucefull is instaled.
