Phase 2A Complete (2026-07-23)
This agent has been fully standardized across all 12 phases:

- ✅ Phase 8: Core instructions enhanced with skill integration patterns
- ✅ Phase 9: Checksums regenerated (932 files checksummed)
- ✅ Phase 10: Validation tests passed (manifests, linting, discovery)
- ✅ Phase 11: Documentation updated
