chore(deps): bump genai-prices in deepagents-code to 0.1.2 (#5476)

Bumps `genai-prices` in `libs/code/uv.lock` from `0.1.1` to `0.1.2` —
the newest version permitted by the range declared in
`libs/code/pyproject.toml`, which is unchanged — via `uv lock
--upgrade-package genai-prices`.

Opened automatically by `bump_genai_prices.yml`. It runs daily because
dcode fetches the genai-prices catalog at runtime, so the pinned package
needs to stay new enough to parse a freshly fetched snapshot. If a newer
compatible version lands before this PR merges, the next daily run
force-pushes it onto this branch and rewrites this description.
