Hello,
I used draw.io and its clipart to build content that appears on figures of a scientific paper. This journal publishes all figures and images under CC-YB-4.0 license. Captions of the images cite that DrawIO was used to build the art, and points to the license file of github.
Is publishing screenshots or diagrams built with drawio possible under CC-YB-4.0?
All best
