That regeneration rewrote most of src/generated/** (207/211 changed files) and introduced src/generated/.kubb/fetch.ts, with generated imports switching from @kubb/plugin-client/clients/axios to local .kubb/fetch.ts.

oxfmt is configured to exclude generated output (.oxfmtrc.json has **/src/generated), and in the codegen hook it runs in check mode (npm run check), so it doesn’t write files there.

So the churn is generator output, not oxfmt expanding scope.
