How to Dynamically Pass Sort Columns

Could you please advise on how to define the correct type for the fourth line so that order_by can replace the hard-coded title in line 17?

I have implemented the dynamic passing of the where clause, but I still don't know how to dynamically pass the order. Could you please advise if the type annotations in my code need optimization? Thank you.
