Add different pricing for Disaster Recovery (DR) instances

DR is indeed tricky. For example my workloads are in a MSP VMware multi-tenant cloud. My DR vms are actually cold, so that replication can be done. I def would not want to be charged for an instance when the vm is cold 99% of the time. This is just another item you will need to consider, as you navigate your pricing structure. I hope you find a middle ground.
