docs: add extra slash

As of version 0.14.1, an extra backslash is required at the end of NIMs model endpoints.

thank you @miyoungc for bringing this to my attention 👍🏻 I think this should be only happening to jailbreak detection and not the others. I have opened a PR that fixes the bug #1346.

If we could get that PR merged and include it in 0.16.0 we can close this docs update.
