Release 1.2.1. Changes since 1.2.0:
- Add `license` field (CC0-1.0) to package.json (#14)
- Stop leaking the dev-machine absolute path and a literal `</script>`
  into the dist bundles via the embedded scoped-style sourcemap (#9, #13)
- Move rollup config to the project root
