[Reading Lists] List Presentation Changes

Idea Description

A few tweaks to the layout of reading lists would be good for readability:

• The issue # is currently presented above the volume. It would look better if this was inline in the form Volume (Year) #IssueNo

- Issue descriptions are truncated, but not expandable. They should have expansion as with the issue page.
