this hardware and/or software (the "Work"), to use, modify, and distribute the

1. Sharing Modifications

b)	Clearly state the changes made to the original Work.

2. Non-Commercial Use and Distribution

The device may only be used for Non-commercial use.

a)	Non-commercial use refers to use that does not involve the exchange of 
	money, goods, services, or other benefits in connection with the 
	distribution, manufacturing, modifying or licensing of the Work or its 
	derivatives.

b)	Recoverable costs must be limited to direct material cost excluding labor 
	and assembly cost, and documentation substantiating these costs must be 
	provided upon request.

c)	Commercial use of the Work is limited strictly to applications where the 
	Work is not sold, lent, leased, or otherwise distributed in any form to 
	third parties.

d) 	Service Provision: The use of the Work to provide services to third parties
	via a network (e.g., Software-as-a-Service, remote API access) in exchange
	for financial compensation or other commercial benefits is considered
	Commercial Use and is prohibited under this license.

3. Sublicensing

a)	Any derivative work or combination involving the Work, in whole or part, 
	must be distributed under the same terms as this license, and all 
	contributors must be attributed.

4. Liability and Warranty

THE WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE 
AUTHORS AND CONTRIBUTORS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM PHYSICAL DAMAGE, 
INJURY, OR OTHER HARM CAUSED BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE HARDWARE, ITS 
DERIVATIVES, OR ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTATION.

Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or 
liabilities. In such cases, the limitations in this section apply to the 
maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Trademark and Identity

This license does not grant permission to use the trade names, trademarks, service
marks, or product names of the original Licensor, except as required for reasonable
and customary use in describing the origin of the Work and reproducing the content
of the attribution notice. Any derivative work must be clearly labeled to avoid
confusion with the original Work.

6. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
Any disputes arising under this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts in Stuttgart.


By obtaining, using, modifying, or distributing the Work, you acknowledge and 
agree to the terms of this license. For distribution, you must include a copy 
of this license with the Work and make reasonable efforts to ensure recipients 
are aware of its terms for example by providing the license in a README or 
separate LICENSE file.

Any use, modification, or distribution of the Work in violation of this license 
immediately terminates your rights under this license. Continued use of the 
Work following termination is prohibited unless explicitly reinstated by the 
original copyright holder.
