Update to RC2

Bumping the version to 1.0.0-RC2.

I want to publish the latest changes and be able to depend on Fetch in the projects I'm using for preparing the release content.

I deleted it myself since it's not very accurate, I believe it gets generated automatically. I'll write detailed release notes on 1.0.0 when it's released.
