Themes resetting after reboot

If I set catppuccin or any other themes from gtk settings and after reboot themes are resetting.

Yes it's because the scripts are configured to set themes automatically.
You can comment out these 2 lines: 135 and 136 in the ~/.hyprconf/hypr/scripts/pywal.sh script. (if you are using the hyprconf dotfiles, instead of the hyprconf-v2)
