Description

@justin808

Purpose

Consolidated tracker for all open non-docs issues as of the 2026-04-11 triage.
Docs issues are tracked separately in #2678.

Triage results: 18 issues closed (11 work-done, 4 stale/won't-do, 3 resolved-enough). See commit history for close reasons on each.

Tier 1: High-Value Features (P1)

Issues that directly improve the product for end users or unblock key workflows.

Tier 2: Active PRs Ready to Land (review & merge)

These have open PRs and should be reviewed/merged to reduce the open issue count.

Tier 3: Well-Scoped Fixes (good agent/contributor tasks)

Concrete, well-defined issues that can be picked up independently.

Tier 4: Larger Improvements (plan before starting)

These require design decisions or broader changes. Plan first, then execute.

Tier 5: Nice-to-Have / Long-Term (P3)

Low priority items. Tackle opportunistically or when related work happens nearby.

Stale Open PRs (cleanup candidates)

These open PRs may need attention:
