- Next.js Production Build: Pass.
npm run buildcompleted successfully with no TypeScript or ESLint errors (after fixing the Gemini.textvs.text()parsing during Code Review). - Dependencies: Pass. Required dependencies (
lucide-react,framer-motion,@supabase/supabase-js,@google/genai,posthog-js,posthog-node) are all installed and successfully bundled.
- Required Secrets:
NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL(Checked)NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY(Checked - Safe to expose client-side)GEMINI_API_KEY(Checked - Kept securely server-side in/api/tasks)NEXT_PUBLIC_POSTHOG_KEY(Checked - Added for Telemetry)NEXT_PUBLIC_POSTHOG_HOST(Checked - Added for Telemetry)
- Status: Pass. All variables are present and routing logic respects public vs private boundaries.
- Database: Pass.
schema.sqlhas been executed. Thetaskstable is live in Supabase. - Server: Pass. Application is ready to be hosted on Vercel as a standard Next.js App Router deployment using serverless functions for the API routes.
- Analytics: Pass. PostHog is implemented on both the frontend (tracking
page_viewed,task_submitted,task_completed) and backend (task_categorized,ai_fallback_triggered, includingai_latency_ms). - Error Logging: Conditional Pass. Errors are currently caught and
console.errorlogged. If deployed to Vercel, these will aggregate in Vercel Runtime Logs. Dedicated logging (like Sentry) is recommended for V2, but acceptable for MVP given PostHog'sai_fallback_triggeredevent acts as a system health proxy.
- Application: Pass. Git-based deployments via Vercel allow instant rollbacks to previous commits.
- Database: Pass. The schema is additive (one table:
tasks). We are not mutating existing schemas, meaning rollbacks carry zero database risk.
