Issue 002

Idea

Gmail Summary to WhatsApp Notifier

Problem

Professionals and busy individuals receive a high volume of emails daily across work and personal Gmail accounts. Keeping up with important emails requires constant inbox monitoring, which creates context-switching fatigue and risks missing critical messages. Users need a way to stay informed about important emails without actively checking Gmail throughout the day.

User

Busy professionals — founders, PMs, consultants, freelancers — who:

  • Receive 50–200+ emails per day
  • Rely on WhatsApp as their primary messaging channel
  • Cannot afford to miss time-sensitive emails (client responses, approvals, urgent requests)
  • Want a passive, glanceable summary rather than active inbox management

Opportunity

Create an AI-powered service that connects to a user's Gmail, generates prioritized email digests on a schedule, and delivers them directly to WhatsApp. No existing product owns this "email-to-chat summary" workflow. The zero-behavior-change distribution model (push to where users already are) makes adoption frictionless.

Hypothesis

If we build an AI-powered Gmail summarizer that delivers prioritized email digests to WhatsApp for busy professionals, it will reduce email checking frequency and ensure no critical emails are missed — because users already live on WhatsApp and want passive awareness, not active inbox management.

Success Metric

Daily summary read rate (target: 60%+)

Secondary metrics
