Dependency Bump Evaluation

Version change: v3.7.1 → v3.7.4 (patch)
Semver bump type: patch (3 intermediate releases)

Changes:

• v3.7.2: Documentation fixes, match interface{} as well as any in mock generation
• v3.7.3: Dependency licensing updates, fix for in-package import collisions with package-scope declarations
• v3.7.4: Bump golang.org/x/tools to v0.49.0 for Go 1.27 support, CI upgrades

Breaking changes: None

Security concerns: None — all updated transitive dependencies are standard Go team packages (golang.org/x/mod, sync, sys, tools)

Impact on codebase: mockery is used exclusively as a development tool via //go:generate directives in pkg/implementation/raidcontroller/megaraid/tools.go. It generates test mocks and does not affect production runtime code. The codebase currently uses mockery/v2 for go:generate; the v3 module was a direct dependency that has been cleaned up to an indirect/tool dependency in this PR.

Recommendation: SAFE TO MERGE

Notes: All CI checks (golangci-lint, tests, build-e2e) are passing. This is a low-risk patch bump of a development-only tool with no breaking changes across any intermediate release.
