Combination of Quantum and Classical sklearn kernels

Implementation of adding squlearn and sklearn kernels, (add in QuantumKernelBase)

Not that trivial. To make this work, we have to adapt the sklearn kernel standard for our quantum_kernel.
This is possible and probably an improvement in general.
