chore(deps): bump uuid and web-ext in /browser-extension/mv3

Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [web-ext](https://github.com/mozilla/web-ext). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `uuid`

Updates `web-ext` from 8.10.0 to 10.2.0
