Bug(?) in Windows 11Taskbar Styler or UltraWideFriendly theme

I am using:
Taskbar on top for Windows 11
Windows 11 Taskbar Styler with the provided theme: UltraWideFriendly

When I right-click on the task bar I get the expected drop down for Task Manager and Taskbar Settings. BUT the mouse appears to be mistracking the pointer, the buttons get selected when the pointer is about half a button higher than it should be. When I want to select Taskbar Settings the mouse pointer is still well into the Task Manager button.

Which of the two mods causes it?

Not like 3367. I can select either button, but the mouse pointer is off.

It is caused by the Styler. Possibly because the Styler did not expect to be at the top on the display?
