Write your own boilerplate for React (React part 1)

1. Tools: Node.js, React.js., Babel, Webpack ...

2. React is quite popular framework, would be cool to have workshop to show how it all works together. Same time it is great to have understanding on how to make something like that from the scratch. Second part of the workshop can be actual workshop on React itself(front-end) with more info on components, redux etc.

3. Structure is basically build boilerplate from scratch, so we might need only few Readme files with step by step instructions.

4. We do have a base for it from my workshops on React, would be good to put it in a noted self-guided workshop with details. But help, all ideas, editions, suggestions are always welcomed.

5. It will require upper beginner/intermediate level in JS.
