When I clone the source and build, the code builds to v0.8.13. Is this is available on NuGet?

@xtellurian We actually do need help with maintainers. We've been working on this, but have been swamped with some things.

@sambasile that version is not currently available on NuGet right now, we're working to get a new NuGet package ready though
