Resource requirements for Darling?

I am looking to upgrade to Darling, and see there are no resource expectations to plan for. Lite used to have some guidance on what to expect for disk space, but so far the Darling documents don't seem to or I missed them.

It was easy to run Full inside my database server because that basically just stored there and had no extra resource commitments outside of what the database instance already demanded.

Disk size can be manged easily since I run in AWS and can expand a disk as needed. But guidance on CPU core count expectations would be nice. As would memory. I would rather tune for needs instead of under or over provision.
