Add `/agent` command allowing you to switch between agents

I recently opened a PR (#412) to add support for the /model command allowing you to switch the model directly from the chat, similar to other harnesses. That got merged and got me thinking if adding a similar command for switching between agents will be a feature that people might find useful.

Something like /agent [agent-name].

I'm also wondering if there are any similar commands like this that might be worth adding.

I'm happy to work on it if that's the case.

@SGospodinov I see no harm having that but all eca clients can already change agents via clients, so what this adds? maybe it's good to have a option like people that are used to claude code and other AI clients?

Me neither, same for /model. I find it confusing tbh to have multiple ways to do the same while those commands could be reserved for eg. providing info about agent/model.
