ask_user tool is not cancelled after stop

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Ask LLM for some question
2. When the ask_user tool appears, click on stop
3. User can / must still provide the answer
4. But it does nothing

Expected behavior

1. After clicking stop then user should not be prompted for the answer anymore

@zikajk almost sure I fixed that a few commits after releasing ask feature, can't repro anymore, can you double check? closing this meanwhile
