Not responsive for windows version

I build my Laravel project with laravel version 8 and PHP 8.2
Befor converting to PHP Desktop it mathc what I expect put after using PHP Desktop
it is not the case.

Dear @cztomczak what I expect is the following (! the attached image represent the web version before converting it to Desktop). in other words the the style like CSS%JS it seems no totally serving.
