Hidden rules for ipv4/ipv6 not being re-added

Services > CrowdSec > CrowdSec rules settings:

If we un-tick the "Enable CrowdSec IPv4 blocklist rule"/"Enable CrowdSec IPv6 blocklist rule" check boxes, restart the service, then re-tick them and restart the service, the hidden rules do not get re-created. We have tested this using pfctl.

If I remove the configuration and plugin entirely as per here, then do a reinstall, the rule still does not get recreated.

Is this a bug, or am i missing something somewhere?
