OLR support for AWS RDS Oracle DB

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
OLR fails to log from an Oracle DB hosted on AWS RDS.

This is due to AWS restrictions on accessing the XDB tables.

I also found an AWS forum discussion related to this, XDB permissions can't be granted to the user.

Can there be an alternative to using XDB tables, since AWS does not provide access to them?

Hi @hellovaibhav , this is not one time work but add a new target beside Oracle running on docker for further support.
That would mean that multiple versions of Oracle on AWS should be supported and new features should also be tested on AWS.
This would require significant investments for testing - just to pay for AWS instance that would be used for that. For such project as OLR this would be a challenge.
If we have a business case for that we can get back to this topic. Until that I am marking this as low priority and focusing on other tasks I have already started to work on.
