Adding GitHub Issue Templates ✅

I've successfully added GitHub issue templates with English/Chinese support for problem feedback, new requirements, and discussions.

Todo List:

• Analyze repository structure and existing templates
• Create issue template directory structure
• Create bug report template (bilingual)
• Create feature request template (bilingual)
• Create discussion template (bilingual)
• Create AI IDE support template (bilingual)
• Create template config file
• Test templates and commit changes
• Push changes and provide PR link

Created Templates:

• config.yml - Template configuration with helpful links
• bug_report.md - Bug report template with bilingual support
• feature_request.md - Feature request template with AI IDE integration options
• discussion.md - Discussion template for community engagement
• ai_ide_support.md - AI IDE specific support requests

All templates include comprehensive bilingual (中文/English) support covering the requested use cases: problem feedback, new requirements, and discussions.
