Change the "Get it Running (5 minutes)" section to a 1 minute experience.

Use defaults in config to get rid of need to config (use our CONTRIB data), and cut the steps down to 3 lines or less.

Move "config reference", "local development", "REST API", and other confusing sections (not good for "out of box" experience) to docs directory.
