1.21.4 neoforge port request

I have a usecase for this mod in neoforge 1.21.4, it would be nice to have a port to that version. I would assume it's not too difficult since there's already ports for 1.21.5-1.21.11, but I'm no expert on how the api changes internally across this new drop system.

There's not a whole lot of point to port to 1.21.4 when later versions exist given 1.21.4 isn't a "community LTS".
It was skipped because I simply forgot.
