Possible Mixin Conflict with BiomeSpy and LithoStitched

**Describe the bug**
World creation took too long and the log shows 'Index 0 out of bounds for length 0' when decorating biomes.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a new world with BiomeSpy and Tectonic installed
2. World creation stuck at 100% and won't enter.

**Expected behavior**
Get into the world and play normally
