[Feature request] Can't Ctrl + Tab more than once in settings #19425

Quick summary

If you want to move from one tab to another in the settings you can press Ctrl + Tab / Ctrl + Shift + Tab but only once as you need to click in the new tab window before you can do it again.

If you want to move from one tab to another in the settings you can press Ctrl + Tab / Ctrl + Shift + Tab but only once as you need to click in the new tab window before you can do it again. (This might be a Linux only issue?)

Would effect the UI
Obviously not a big deal but would be nice QOL feature :)
Exists in dolphin as well
