Add SVG and PNG favicons; update ICO

Add scalable and raster favicon assets: public/images/favicon.svg and public/images/favicon.png, and update the root public/favicon.ico binary. The SVG contains two colored paths (red and black) for the icon artwork to provide a vector fallback and improved platform support.
