The play.py's PlayChessApp class is being made with the infrastructure to support this. But right now it's default configuration is set to a single instance of CMHMEngine2 filling both slots in PlayChessApp.engines.

Keeping this issue as a Future Todo for now as "ensuring" support of something is a whole lot more work then writing the code that allows support of that something.
