How to open settings after you set menu bar icon to hidden?

Is there a way to bring back the menu bar icon after you set it to hidden? I can't open the settings now, re-launching the application does nothing.

Cmd+Shift+M or delete ~/Library/Preferences/app.middledrag.MiddleDrag.plist to reset all the settings
