Import tracks are not linked

Describe the bug
If the setting "Automatically link tracks" is active and you use import view to import data, the imported tracks are not automatically linked to each other.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Import View
2. Import text data
3. Edit begin or end
4. See previous or next track not beeing edited

Expected behavior
If the setting is active, I would have expected the tracks to be linked
