At least in my version of Mozilla Firefox (143.0.4), and with my keyboard layout (en-US), Firefox already uses the Ctrl + Shift + E keyboard shortcut for opening the built-in 'Network' or 'Network Monitor' tool. This means upon installing this extension, for me it was non-functional: Pressing Ctrl + Shift + E just opened the Network tool.
To use this extension's function, I needed to open Firefox's 'Manage Extension Shortcuts', and enter a new shortcut for TabbyBARA's one function. When I first opened this page after installing, Firefox displayed an error for this function's shortcut, saying it is the same as a Firefox Shortcut.
I suggest changing the default keyboard shortcut for TabbyBARA.
The Manage Extension Shortcuts page is quite useful for checking available shortcuts, as immediately upon pressing an unavailable shortcut in an input box, it gives error popup saying 'Can't override a Firefox Shortcut'. Using this page, here are some keyboard shortcuts I found that aren't taken:
Ctrl + Alt + E *Ctrl + Alt + T *Ctrl + Shift + FCtrl + Alt + SpaceCtrl + Shift + Space
*Also, most Ctrl + Alt shortcuts are available, but many are rather uncomfortable one handed.
NB: one Shortcut that doesn't give an error, but IS taken: Ctrl + Alt + Z (for 'Expand/collapse vertical Tabs')

TabbyBARA exactly meets my needs for 'open a new tab in the same context' that I quickly wanted after starting to use the new Tab Groups function. Making it work out-of-the-box for most people would help its adoption! (And make it more accessible to more people).
